Hi, I’m Megan!
Having struggled with eating disorders and digestive issues as a young teen, I am passionate about helping individuals overcome difficult relationships with food, and establish joyful, flexible, and comfortable habits around nutrition and self-care.
I prioritise a weight-neutral approach where health is not solely defined by the number on the scale. Instead, I consider a range of factors including energy levels, sleep quality, digestive health, movement patterns, blood markers, social connection and mental health. My practice is rooted in providing evidence-based nutrition therapy to optimise dietary intake, as well as nutrition counselling to improve one’s relationship with food and their bodies.
When working with me, you can expect to collaboratively work towards your goals. I am committed to creating a safe space for my clients, offering guidance tailored to their unique needs and readiness to change.
My ultimate goal is to support you in developing your body’s inner wisdom, allowing for flexibility, enjoyment and comfort in your eating habits while enhancing your overall health and nutritional intake.
