I’m a qualified dietitian with a BSc (Hons) in Dietetics, but in this role, I’ve traded in the consulting chair for something just as rewarding: helping you get started on your wellness journey by finding your perfect match in a dietitian.

Think of me as your nutrition matchmaker and go-to person for anything you need along the way. Whether you’re booking your first discovery call, figuring out which dietitian suits your needs best, or if something just isn’t quite working out — I’m here to sort it all out.

When I’m not helping clients find their perfect dietitian match, you’ll probably find me hanging out with my beloved Spaniel (yes, I’m that obsessed dog mom), playing netball, or getting a good sweat in with some Hyrox training. Animals are my weakness, laughter is my fuel, and I’m always up for a chat — especially if it includes dogs or sport.
