After qualifying as a Dietitian in 1995, Kath Megaw studied further internationally through Johns Hopkins University in the US, gaining specialist experience in Paediatric Dietetics. Kath is passionate about helping families navigate through a wealth of nutritional information. Kath’s international practice, is not only built on assisting her little patients with their nutritional needs but also offering support to parents.

Kath speaks at various paediatric seminars and runs workshops on Paediatric nutrition. She has co-authored the books: ‘Feeding Sense’, ‘Low carb solution for diabetics’, ‘Real food, happy, healthy children’, ‘Allergy Sense’ and ‘Weaning Sense’ which remains on the top ten best seller list.

‘Weaning Sense’ also won a prestigious award and was named top family cookbook in the international Gourmand awards. Kath is working on her new book Mindful Meals – growing conscious eaters (the sequel to weaning sense aiming at children from toddler to teens).
