Robbie Green

Registered Dietitian, Sports Nutritionist, BSc, MSc, SENr

Hello, I’m Robbie, a former chef turned registered dietitian and sports nutritionist!

I am currently working across a number of specialist areas, ranging from clinical dietetics in hospitals (NHS) to sports nutrition (assisting Team GB triathletes, semi-professional boxers and footballers).

An interest in sport, health and diet guided my career path where I graduated from King’s College, London with a Master’s degree in Dietetics, and then went on to complete a second Master’s in Applied Sports Nutrition.

I am passionate about helping people to achieve better health and sporting goals through nutrition & lifestyle intervention. There is no one-size-fits-all which is why I believe it is important that your plan is tailored to your own individual circumstances and preferences. We can all achieve our goals and my holistic approach is one that helps clients gain the understanding and confidence they need to make effective and sustainable changes.

I have trained in motivational interviewing and behaviour change strategies. This enables me to work alongside my clients and guide them through a plan that works for them in the long term.

Outside of work, I am a keen runner and recently completed my first ultra-marathon. This requires a lot of fuel so I enjoy putting my experience as a chef to good use and spend a lot of time in the kitchen!
