Food has never really been my friend and I remember having eating issues back when I was 17. I then met Anastasia thinking I at least needed someone to tell me it was ok to eat more....but, without realising it, I found someone who gave me so much more. She listened to me. Every suggestion she gave was tailored to me and it wasnt just about what food to eat, it was to help my mental state as well. I didnt feel like I was just another case to her, she really knew me and she really cared. I couldnt remember how to eat properly, couldnt see a light at the end of the tunnel. I'd been struggling for so long that I couldnt see me ever getting better and yet with the support and guidance she's offered me I haven't used the scales for nearly a month.
