My name is Kate, a HCPC registered dietitian and BDA member who is passionate about improving client health through improving nutrition.
I am a Specialist Diabetes Dietitian, and currently work within the private sector, primarily helping people to lose weight and improve their eating habits to develop a better relationship with food and their body, as well as helping clients improve their cardiovascular health. I also have extensive experience with vegan and plant based diets, and can work with you to ensure you thrive on a diet that is lower in animal products.
I believe no person is the same, and so I aim to ensure every client I work with gets a tailored experience which is unique to them, and factors in all aspects of their life, from their work life to family life, to dietary restrictions and more! I aim to approach all clients with a holistic view in mind; focusing on you as a whole person, rather than purely on the goals you have set yourself, as this allows improvements in different aspects of your life. When I am not working, you will find me painting or drawing, doing activities such as Pilates, swimming and paddle boarding, or spending time with my family and friends.
