I am Marlene Ferreira, an experienced professional registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA).
As a positive and professional person who loves helping people feel the best they can, I support clients as they change their lifestyles, always putting their safety and welfare as a priority. Working within clinical and hospital settings, including the Obesity Unit, Bariatric Surgery, and Mental Health units, allowed me to exchange experiences with professionals from multiple disciplines and develop a set of skills that I use today in my clinical practice to quickly determine the best tailored course of action for each person I meet.
My purpose is to help each person achieve their health, desired body composition, athletic performance, or lifestyle changes by providing evidence-based dietary advice tailored to each person’s goals and situation. To ensure that nutritional issues are fully addressed, I review and adjust patients’ nutrition plans according to their nutritional needs, personal taste, sports requirements, and religious beliefs.
If you’re looking for personalised nutrition guidance, if you want a better quality of life through healthy eating, or if you’re aiming to improve the performance of your sports practice, I am here for you!
